CAA's Story
Cascadia Arts Association (CAA), founded in March 2020 by former organizers of Troutdale’s Fall Festival of the Arts, is a nonprofit dedicated to supporting the arts through festivals and community programs.
In 2022, the festival became the Troutdale Arts Festival (TAF). CAA’s mission is to promote visual, performing, and literary arts, support education, and enrich the community.
Since its inception, CAA has hosted its 5th annual TAF with over 6,000 attendees, secured grants for public art, and completed a two-year community Troutdale Art Trout project.
They continue to partnered with local organizations and government to benefit residents, businesses, and visitors.
